Shackfuyu is popping up this weekend

This weekend Shackfuyu (sister restaurant to Bone Daddies and Flesh & Buns) will be at Bone Daddies in Bermondsey for a one-off workshop.

In collaboration with The Cornwall Project the workshop will give South London a chance to enjoy some of Shackfuyu’s classic dishes including Iberco Pork Pluma (see pic below) and the renouned Kinako French Toast. Keep an eye on their social media too as they will announce more dishes to get excited about.

The event coincides with the temporary closure of Shackfuyu’s Soho base for refurbishment but don’t panic because it’s reopening in mid-November. Shackfuyu was only ever intended as a year-long pop-up but following its resounding success will transition to a permanent restaurant. Yay! And with the new menu set to include filled gao bao buns in the style of Flesh & Buns we’ll forgive them for closing for a smidge…
